The former Nickelodeon child star, who appeared in court wearing gray sweatpants, a good-sleeved black shirt along with a disheveled platinum blonde wig, was released by hand recognizance we have spent every night in jail after her arrest on Thursday.
She was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and attempted tampering with physical evidence, in accordance with court documents. Every one of the alleged offenses are classified as misdemeanors in lieu of felonies.
Her attorney with the hearing denied the charges and accused police of entering the actress' apartment illegally.
"Clearly searching was developed for your bong certainly nothing was recovered," attorney Andrew Friedman told legal court. "My client completely denies ever having thrown anything the window. She was followed illegally into her apartment for no reason."
The actress, 27, who have had several brushes with the law previously year and it is on probation for driving over a suspended license in California, was ordered revisit court on July 9.
Bynes said, "Many thanks, sir," for the judge before leaving court and entering a taxi cab, flanked by paparazzi.
